Draft. An outline of what the terms will cover. It needs proper legal review before anything is sold.

Software licences

• Kickstarter backers get a lifetime licence for their tier, including all future updates.
• Subscriptions (after the campaign) are monthly or yearly and renew until cancelled. The 7-day trial is free and can be cancelled before it ends.
• Tiers set how many printers you can connect. A licence is for one person or business.

The Collection

• You may print and sell physical copies of Collection designs.
• You may not share, resell or redistribute the design files, or upload them to model sites.

Your files and printers

LayerForge works on files and printers you own and control. You're responsible for using printers safely and for the rights to the models you print or share. If you share AI-generated models, label them as AI-generated where the site asks.

The browser tools are free and provided as they are. Check converted files in your slicer before printing.
