Privacy policy
Draft. This needs checking by someone qualified before launch, and the company name and contact details still need adding.
What this website collects
- Your email address, if you join a waitlist, and which list you joined (Kickstarter, Collection or trial).
- A partner code, if you arrived through a partner's link, so they're credited for the referral. It's kept in your browser and sent only if you sign up.
- Your rough country, worked out by our host from your connection, so we can send launch emails at a sensible time.
- Partner applications: the details you type into the partner form.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data. We'll only email you about what you signed up for, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
The free tools
The converters, viewer and triangle reducer run entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Neon stores the waitlist and partner applications.
- Stripe will handle payments when subscriptions open. We never see your card details.
The LayerForge app
Your model library, printer details and settings stay on your PC. If you use cloud AI features, the text, images or models you send go to the AI provider whose key you've added, under their terms.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Contact details will be added here before launch.
